Quickshift

Quickshift thrives on action, and when resistance slows things down, this Resistobot can’t help but jump in. They rush to patch problems, push ahead on their own, and create quick fixes that keep things moving. But in the process, they often bypass collaboration, miss root causes, and risk burning themselves out. What fuels this constant motion is a fear of uncertainty — of sitting still, of needing others, of not knowing what comes next.
Quickshift’s instinct to act can be exhausting, but when balanced, they shine as a source of momentum and resourcefulness. Quickshift sparks energy, models resilience, and ensures change doesn’t stall out.

How to shift
To pull back into the core strength of Quickshift, it is important to pause and ask yourself is this the right problem to solve right now? Often, there are many many problems plaguing a team and organization. When you jump in to fix the first one you see, you might be spending effort in a place that is not needed now.

Instead, ask yourself what does the team/organization need now? What is the current biggest problem? And then importantly, who really should be involved in solving this? When you can pin point the current big problem and bring the right people along to fix it, you not only keep momentum but you also develop people to carry this forward beyond you.
