I’ve spent over a decade in manufacturing and Continuous Improvement—and I’ve been the person thinking:

“Why are they resisting this? This should be helping.”

What I didn’t realize at the time was that my approach—despite my intent—was sometimes part of the problem.

Now I help change leaders close that gap so their ideas don’t just make sense… they actually get used.
