ABOUT ME

Your guide to transforming change with ease.

Hi, I’m Kelly Mallery! I’ve spent my career helping teams and leaders navigate change—not by pushing harder, but by making the process easier, smarter, and, dare I say, even enjoyable.

As the Operational Excellence Leader for two Viant Medical sites (New Hampshire and Michigan), I drive continuous improvement in high-stakes manufacturing environments. But my real passion? Helping change leaders like you overcome resistance and create lasting impact with less struggle and more confidence. That’s why I launched my coaching and consulting business—to help you break through obstacles and find the path of ease to real, meaningful change.

I’ve been in the trenches of manufacturing for over a decade, working in solar, industrial consumer products, and aerospace before joining Viant in 2023. Along the way, I realized that true transformation doesn’t start with tools and tactics—it starts with how we see change and the people involved. That realization led me to coaching, where I help leaders shift their perspective, develop scientific thinking habits, and build cultures of adaptability and innovation.

I’m also a proud Kata geek! In 2020, I joined Kata Girl Geeks, and in 2023, I founded Kata School Northeast to spread the power of scientific thinking even further.

When I’m not coaching or leading change, you can find me enjoying life in the beautiful Upper Valley, nestled between Vermont and New Hampshire, with my family.
