​Doctrina stands tall on the belief that there is one “right way” to approach change. With a voice full of conviction, this Resistobots™ preaches principles, rules, or values that feel unshakable. Their passion is real — but it often leaves little room for nuance or adaptation. Others can feel judged or boxed in when Doctrina refuses to bend, because at the core lies a fear of compromising values or betraying what is sacred.
While rigidity can alienate, Doctrina’s focus on purpose and vision is a gift: the ability to inspire others with a powerful sense of purpose. At their best, they remind teams of the “why” behind the work, anchoring change in meaning and shared belief rather than hollow mandates.
How to shift
To pull back into the core strength of Doctrina, it is important to understand that although what you preach is true, it is not easy for others to connect with the message when they are feeling neglected and unheard.

Instead, spend some more time really listening to the perspective of those in the change. Its ok and necessary here to admit that their concerns are real and valid. Speak to their concerns and fears.

You can still be the beacon of purpose and vision, but remember that when your beam shines brightly into people's eyes, they cannot see anyways.
